Mesoestetic Melan Tran3x Concentrate is an intensive serum specially formulated to reduce and prevent hyperpigmentation, dark spots and uneven skin tone. The product contains a combination of powerful active ingredients that regulate melanin production and even out skin tone.

The active ingredient tranexamic acid acts on the enzyme plasminogen, which is involved in the formation of pigment. It inhibits the excessive activity of this enzyme, inhibiting melanin production. In addition, the serum also contains niacinamide, a vitamin B3 derivative that strengthens the skin barrier and reduces melanin production.
