What are you going to do?

As a receptionist, you're the face of our clinic. You'll greet clients with a smile and ensure their visit runs smoothly. Your responsibilities:

• Receiving and scheduling clients

• Answering telephone and online questions

• Processing appointments and payments in the system

• Administrative support of the treatment team

• Ensure a neat and hospitable reception area

What are we asking?

• You have at least completed a level 4 vocational education , preferably in an administrative or service-oriented field

• You have strong communication skills and are service-oriented.

• Representative, professional and stress-resistant

• Experience in reception work or in a clinical/medical environment is an advantage

• You are flexibly available (including evenings and/or weekends)
